Restaurant Elizabeth · for hotel partners

I’m building Elizabeth. I’m looking for its first home.

The French LaundryGagganMaison PicFrenchie

I spent five years at The French Laundry and completed stages at Gaggan, Maison Pic and Frenchie. Elizabeth is the intimate New York chef’s counter I’m building from that work.

Right now, I’m looking for a temporary New York home: an intimate counter where I can introduce Elizabeth while I build the permanent restaurant.

The opportunity

The experience I want guests to plan around.

01

I want the cooking in the room.

At the counter, guests are close to the food, the team and the pace of service.

02

I want people to come back.

I’m building Elizabeth to feel personal and alive—somewhere New Yorkers return to and hotel guests seek out.

03

I want a true hotel partnership.

The right relationship protects the restaurant’s point of view and carries the care of the table through the full stay.

How I got here

I learned service first. Then I built something of my own.

I co-founded Truffle Shuffle, secured a deal with Mark Cuban on Shark Tank and helped build it through acquisition. Where Is Chef Jason is how I’m preparing for Elizabeth: cooking with teams around the world, hosting dinners and figuring out what belongs back in New York.

Let’s talk

A home for Elizabeth starts with the right conversation.

If you have a New York hotel, development or restaurant space that could be a temporary home for Elizabeth, I’d love to hear about the property, the team and what you’re building.
